Cách BA-kit chạy trong Codex

Codex dùng repo này như một BA operating guide:

AGENTS.md giữ instruction bền vững ở cấp repo
skills/ là playbook cần đọc theo đúng task
templates/ là nguồn tạo artifact
core/ định nghĩa path, prerequisite và behavior

Thiết lập tối thiểu

Codex không bắt buộc cài installer để dùng repo này. Có 2 cách:

Cách 1: Repo-native

Mở trực tiếp repo BA-kit trong Codex
Đảm bảo Codex thấy AGENTS.md
Trong prompt, chỉ rõ skill cần đọc khi task không tầm thường

Cách 2: Runtime install

bash scripts/install-codex-ba-kit.sh

Sau cách này, anh có thể tham chiếu skill ở ~/.codex/skills/.

Flow khuyến nghị

Với yêu cầu BA tự nhiên, bắt đầu bằng ba-do.
Khi step đã rõ, dùng ba-start.
Khi requirement thay đổi trong lúc đang làm artifact downstream, route qua impact.
Khi muốn biết bước kế tiếp, dùng ba-next.
Khi làm teamwork theo module, dùng ba-collab.

Router

Full workflow

Use AGENTS.md and skills/ba-start/SKILL.md.
Parse the requirements in docs/raw/warehouse-rfp.pdf.
Build the requirements backbone first, then emit FRD, stories, SRS, and manual wireframe handoff artifacts only when justified.

Impact

Use AGENTS.md and skills/ba-start/SKILL.md.
Run the equivalent of /ba-start impact --slug warehouse-rfp.
Resolve the exact dated set. Do not choose by mtime.
Tell me affected artifacts and the exact next command.

BA next

Use AGENTS.md and skills/ba-next/SKILL.md.
Inspect the current artifact set for slug warehouse-rfp.
Do not mutate anything. Tell me the next exact BA command.

Collaboration

Nếu runtime bundle đã cài skill, có thể dùng $ba-collab:

$ba-collab Tôi nhận module auth-flow
$ba-collab Kiểm tra module payment trước khi gửi review
$ba-collab Tôi làm xong module payment, gửi Lead BA review

Repo-native prompt tương đương:

Use AGENTS.md and the ba-collab workflow.
Tôi làm xong module payment, gửi Lead BA review.
Update COLLAB-HOME.md, MODULE-HOME.md, or review packet only when safe.
Local sync is allowed after a short plan if there are no uncommitted changes or conflicts.
Do not commit, push, create PR, request reviewer, or merge PR without explicit approval.

Package only

Use AGENTS.md and skills/ba-start/SKILL.md.
Run only the package step for slug warehouse-rfp.
If wireframe state is missing, stop and tell me the blocker.

Khác gì so với Claude Code

Không có slash command native
Prompt phải nói rõ file playbook cần đọc
Collaboration dùng $ba-collab khi bundle đã cài, hoặc prompt Use AGENTS.md and the ba-collab workflow
Local Git sync có thể là implementation detail của agent; publish actions vẫn cần approval rõ
Nếu không cài runtime bundle, Codex vẫn chạy được theo repo-native mode
Codex phải giữ cùng contract behavior với Claude Code và Antigravity; khác biệt chỉ nằm ở syntax/prompt style

Quy tắc cần nhớ

Không dùng broad filename matching để chọn artifact
Không mutate trực tiếp artifact từ một correction statement ngắn
Với rerun mutating step, cần explicit overwrite approval nếu target đã tồn tại
Deliverable mặc định viết bằng tiếng Việt
Nếu có nhiều slug hoặc nhiều dated set, Codex phải dừng hỏi thay vì tự chọn
Nếu có project memory shard tree, đọc index.md trước rồi chỉ đọc shard liên quan đến command/module hiện tại
Không dùng runtime-local memory để ghi đè backbone.md, project-memory.md hoặc shard canonical
